Frequently Asked Questions

I don't have a product link — only pictures. Can you still help me find it?

Yes. Please upload the clearest pictures you have and add the intended use, specifications, material and quantity. The clearer the pictures and requirements, the easier it is to find a matching factory. If the information is not sufficient, we confirm the details with you before starting the search.

Can you source every kind of product?

Not as a blanket statement. For each product we first need to confirm whether a suitable factory can supply it, whether it can be shipped, and whether it meets import requirements. For some categories — for example products subject to export controls, special certification or dangerous-goods transport — we may not be able to assist. We check first and tell you honestly whether it is feasible.

Is there a minimum order quantity?

We do not set a single minimum quantity. MOQ is set by each factory according to the product. We tell you the MOQ of the candidate factories. If your quantity is below a factory's MOQ, we say so and discuss with the factory whether any alternative arrangement is possible.

How are the fees charged?

There is no sourcing assistance service fee on the first order; from the second order onwards, 1% of the order product amount applies. The service fee is stated separately in the quote and only applied after your confirmation. You pay the supplier directly under the contract; we do not collect the payment.

Who do I pay the goods payment to?

The goods payment is made directly into the supplier's corporate account stated in the purchase contract. We do not collect payments and will never ask you to pay the amount for the goods into our account or a personal account. Before paying, please check that the beneficiary name in the contract matches the supplier name.

What is the difference between a factory check and product inspection?

A factory check means looking at documents such as the business licence to confirm the factory is a registered company. Inspection means checking the quality and quantity of the products after they are made. They are separate steps, and we explain and handle each one on its own.
