From confirming your requirement to delivery — how we assist you

Below are all 12 steps, what we do in each one, and where the decision stays with you.

  1. We confirm the intended use, specifications, material, quantity and quality requirements with you, so that the wrong product is not sourced and the wrong price is not quoted.

  2. We look for manufacturers that match your requirement and compare price, MOQ, lead time and payment terms. We negotiate with the factory on your side and, while holding to your quality requirements, work to obtain more reasonable purchasing terms for you.

  3. We check the factory's business licence, together with the legally required production permits and filing records, to confirm whether it holds the relevant production qualifications.

  4. Where needed we help arrange samples and ask the factory for the relevant test, certification or compliance documents, for you and your customs broker to review, so the import formalities are checked in advance.

  5. We check the product specification, quantity, price, beneficiary account, payment terms, lead time, delivery terms and scope of costs, and help define the quality requirements, inspection criteria and after-sales responsibilities. What the quotation includes and excludes is explained before you place the order.

  6. After you approve the supplier and the order terms, you pay for the goods directly into the supplier's corporate account as stated in the contract. We do not collect the payment. Our platform service fee is listed separately and confirmed with you in advance.

  7. We help follow up on production and report progress to you in good time. If the order needs to change, we first explain what changes and how costs are affected, and proceed only after you agree.

  8. As agreed in advance, quality, quantity and packaging are checked by you, by your designated person, or by a third-party inspection company. Third-party inspection fees are stated in advance; if anything does not match the agreement, we report it promptly and help communicate with the factory to resolve it.

  9. We contact freight forwarders in China and compare their quotes with the logistics option offered by the factory. You may also provide quotes from your own freight forwarder in Türkiye, and total cost, expected transit time, mode of transport and what is included — including destination port charges — are compared together. We help you choose the shipping option that suits your goods and lead time; you confirm the final choice.

  10. We help check the commercial invoice, packing list and related product documents, and confirm the required paperwork with you or your designated customs broker, to reduce delays caused by missing documents or inconsistent information.

  11. Following the logistics option you approved, we coordinate with the factory and the freight forwarder for pickup, loading and dispatch, help track the transport progress and report the key milestones in good time. Import customs clearance is handled by you or your designated importer; we assist with the document communication.

  12. If quantity, quality, transport or document issues arise after arrival, we help you communicate with the supplier and the freight forwarder, and handle the matter within the relevant contract and liability terms.
